In Memory of our Grandma and to her 100th Birthday I will launch a Cookbook with our favorite Dishes made with her original German Recipes.
From Frikadellen to Swiss Roll, Salads & Sunday Meals to Christmas Cookies.
This memorial cookbook will be written in German & English for all fans of traditional homecooked German food. There are also many stories to tell from her 97 years of life. Tradition & Respect were fundamental for my Grandma. I want to keep as much of it alive as possible to keep memories and her legacy vibrant.
Once a week I will send out an email and share some Sneak Peaks and insides about this special journey of writing a cookbook.

Coming from a small village where her dad built their generation house by hand, stone by stone, craftsmanship was THE thing to survive.
